The LUSAC lab offers a 3-year fully funded PhD position focused on studying the ageing and performance of hydrogen electrolysers under real-world and stress conditions. The research includes experimental testing, dynamic modelling, and AI-based prognostics to improve lifetime and efficiency of electrolyser technologies. The project builds upon LUSAC’s expertise in hydrogen energy, renewable integration, and microgrid experimentation.
